Q. What were some of the highlights?
ANDREA LEE: It was a grind out there today. I started off pretty slow. I was 2-over after nine holes, and then managed to birdie 10. Made a good 15-footer there for birdie and had another birdie on 11, I believe, and had another one on the par 5 coming in.
It was an up-and-down day. I was hanging in there. It was super windy, super windy for everyone. It was definitely tough. I was surprised to see such low scores out there.
Q. Speaking of low scores, the leaderboard obviously changed a lot from yesterday, the gap closed a little bit, so what does that allow the field and you to do tomorrow?
ANDREA LEE: Yeah, I'm only four back, I believe, so anything can happen out here on this golf course, and I think it's going to be windy again.
So yeah, I'm just going to stay really patient. Just try to stick to my game plan and hopefully make a little bit more putts than I did today and we'll see how the outcome is.
Q. Lots coming up as you're chasing a major championship, Solheim Cup in a couple weeks. How are you feeling in your game and how excited are you to potentially play on Solheim team?
ANDREA LEE: I'm feeling really confident about where my game is at right now. I had a good week last week. My first top 10 of the year, it's definitely been a struggle the first half but I feel like it's finally turning around,.
Obviously making the Solheim Cup team is one of my biggest goals since turning professional, and you know, hopefully Stacy sees that I'm really trying to make the team and she'll give me a pick, but I feel like, you know, good golf will just take care of that itself and I'm just going to focus on tomorrow and worry about that later.
