Q Are you happy with today's play? You got one eagle, two birdies, also some bogeys misses on the back nine.

YU LIU: Yeah, I'm very happy. I mean, any par -- any under-par round in a major championship, it's considered really good. So I'm really happy, yeah.

Q At one point it was you shoot one --

YU LIU: Oh, yeah, after that eagle?

Q Were you aware?

YU LIU: Yeah. There were so many leaderboard out there. So totally aware. And the par-3, I didn't really strike my irons well today, so it's been a lot of -- I missed a couple irons short. So that one is just -- I left myself pretty long, lag putt, I just three-putted, yeah.

Q Are you going to hit it differently tomorrow?

YU LIU: I guess just today really helped me, the nerve, like it calmed down the nerve a bit after the first round.

So I feel like second round I can just really just stick to the game plan and just play more confidently, I guess.
