Quick Quotes
Q. Talk me through what it's like when you hit that wedge on 6?
MAJA STARK: Well, the pin wasn't very gettable, but I was kind of mad from my double-bogey on 4. I just thought, screw it and I'll go for it. I wasn't sure that the club was going to reach but apparently it was perfect.
Q. Is that your first one in a professional capacity in competition?
MAJA STARK: Yes.
Q. How many as an amateur?
MAJA STARK: Two. One in qualifying and one in a practice round.
Q. How did it feel when you got it going?
MAJA STARK: I wasn't sure that it went in but my caddie just yelled so then I realised that it did. Yeah, a great feeling. I kind of thinned it so I'm happy it reached all the way and got a couple good bounces. Just happy and it felt like -- a double-bogey felt like I had a lucky lie and I got lucky two holes afterwards. It's fine.
Q. And you found out Sweden won just before.
MAJA STARK: I was so mad, nothing could help me in that stage.
Q. Still a solid round to round off the week, and a solid finish here in Scotland. How do you assess the week as a whole?
MAJA STARK: A lot of good things. Felt like I managed to keep it easier and managed to strike the ball well, finally my irons back and my putting was pretty solid. So yeah, lots of good things, and then obviously just getting more patient would be the thing, and just accepting the bad lies and bad bounces.
Q. And in terms of next week, how do you feel your game is.
MAJA STARK: I think it's good. I think I have the capacity to win. If more things click and I have more of the Friday rounds next week where everything just falls into place at the same time, that would be great.
Q. Have you ever been to Walton Heath before?
MAJA STARK: Nope.
Q. New experience then?
MAJA STARK: Yes. My parents are coming.
