Q. All right, Rose, two birdies to end the day here. Looking like a Top 10 finish by the end of it. Overall what was this experience like at Evian?

ROSE ZHANG: It's been incredible. The views are just so amazing and I feel a little bit nostalgic just thinking back the first time I came overseas was at the Evian Junior, Cup.

I'm super happy with the way I played today. It was struggle bus throughout the round last couple rounds but I'm here now and really satisfied.

Q. Struggle bus. Very interesting term to use there. To be able to get through today's round, what was the game plan as you got started knowing anything is possible on the final day?

ROSE ZHANG: Game plan was just to execute every shot that I could and really commit to my swing. I feel like I wasn't really playing my own game and my own style, so just having the confidence to be able to hit the shots today really allowed me to go out there and try to get a good score in.

Q. Take me through the last two birdies there. What was it like to be able to walk off the course with those under your belt?

ROSE ZHANG: It's amazing. You always love ending a good round in a little bit of style. I was really happy that I was able to convert those putts. Any putt out here is not a given, so the fact that the ball was going in the hole, I was really satisfied.

Q. Difference between playing as a pro and in your former amateur days? Anything different? Nerves?

ROSE ZHANG: Personally, I feel like it's still the same. I mean, this golf course is always very typical golf course to be playing in. Therefore, as an amateur, no matter as an amateur or a pro, I was still trying to go out there and I guess beat the golf course.

Q. Yeah, it is definitely beating the golf course. You don't want it to beat you, that's for sure.

ROSE ZHANG: Yeah.

Q. What was the other takeaway from this major?

ROSE ZHANG: I feel like I'm on the right track in my mental space and navigating the entire tour life.

I still feel like I have so much more improvement ahead of me which makes me excited for the learning curve and the growth development I'll have later on.
