Q. Great start to your title defence. You must be pleased with your first two days?

THORBJØRN OLESEN: Yeah, I didn't think it was that easy today. It was quite windy but I had some really nice up-and-downs to keep the round going which was very important. I'm pretty happy with today.

Q. Big difference in how the course has played over the two days, but also a big difference to how it was during last year's British Masters because we were two months earlier in the year. How much of an impact is that having?

THORBJØRN OLESEN: Well yeah, from yesterday till today, the wind is completely different. So yeah, a lot of holes is playing very different from yesterday.

Last year was a bit more rough but I think this year the greens are tricky and the firmness, like if you hit it in the semi it's easy to get flyers and stuff.

So it's quite tricky to get close to the pins where last year was a little bit softer. So I think that equals it out a little bit, but yeah.

Q. Great crowds out there, as well. How nice is that?

THORBJØRN OLESEN: Yeah, it was great from early doors this morning. There was a lot of people and good atmosphere the whole way around, so it's always fun to play in front of that.
