Q. Talk about your round today and your eagle on 18.

ROSE ZHANG: The eagle was incredible. I felt like it was my best shot the entire day. I felt like my swing was really solid. It was way better than the first couple days. Finally getting in the groove.

It was just such a special shot. It was 219 to the pin, and I was able to get a 5-wood in and hit it to three feet.

Q. What's been the biggest takeaway you've taken out of this experience at your first major?

ROSE ZHANG: I've learned so much. Just playing alongside the pros and playing against the best in the world, it's something that I don't take for granted. I've just been really taking it in stride and learning what it's like to really be inside the ropes.
