Q. Great to see you back at the Women's Am. How was that today?

BETH COULTER: Yeah it was pretty good. I playing really solid. I hit a lot of fairways, a lot of greens, which are pretty tough to hit out there, and I held some really nice putts. Par is a great score on some of those holes, so I was just trying to string along as many as possible.

Q. Have you played here before?

BETH COULTER: Yeah, when we played Juniors at Royal St. George's, we had a practise day here, so I kind of knew what to expect a little bit. We played one of the nines but the back nine, I think we didn't play.

But yeah it was nice to get out and see it during the week and play well today.

Q. Golf in general, do you feel your game is in a decent place?

BETH COULTER: Yeah, I'm hitting it pretty good. My putting is a lot better. My short game has got better in America, so it's nice to come back and play links. It's real nice.

Q. And you play Under 16s, Girls' Ams, is this your third Women's Am?

BETH COULTER: Probably my fourth, maybe my fifth.

Q. Do you feel you're picking up that kind of experience that can maybe get you threw the first 64 and take it from there?

BETH COULTER: Yeah, stroke-play is all about just go out, doesn't really matter. But it is nice to come through, like 16 and 18s and play a few Women's, and it's nice to come back from America, and all the college players and all the players that don't go to college over here, it's a nice atmosphere. Yeah, it's fab.
