Q. ...your game come together so nicely today. I mean, it looked like you were hitting it pretty darn well today.
GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, I can reach pretty much every par-5, so made it a little bit easier. Had some eagle opportunities. The wind really didn't get up too much from my morning tee time, so tried to take advantage of that and just played pretty steady golf.
Q. Steady golf has been your mantra this whole year. Five Top 10 finishes. Your caddie, Colin, said you were grinding on a few things the last couple weeks that have really clicked and allowed you to come out here and play.
GEORGIA HALL: Yeah.
Q. What were you tinkering with to get your game to this level?
GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, I mean, I've been playing really solid all season. Had some really good finishes and close to winning a couple times. But parts of my long game didn't quite feel there last week, so I spent quite a while on the range on Wednesday just trying to dial a few things in. Make sure I stay in my tilt, kind of stay down over the ball. I was kind of lifting a little bit.
That was my main thought out there today and it worked pretty well.
Q. It did work really well. We're come into a really important stretch of golf with majors coming up.
GEORGIA HALL: Yeah.
Q. How do you balance trying to play well and win here and also get yourself prepared for the upcoming big majors?
GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, I mean, it's definitely good to be in form the next few weeks for sure. As you say, KPMG and U.S. Open coming up.
I'm going to go home next week, which is really nice, recharge batteries, and get ready for two majors in a row for me.
But obviously I really like this golf course. It's a little bit linksy, so reminds me of home a bit. And the greens are a little bit slow like they are in England, so I wanted to come play this week.
And obviously a win is a win.
