Q. Good playing. 3-under 69. If we could just get an opening comment on the round.

VIKTOR HOVLAND: Yeah, it was good. It felt like I hit it a little bit better today than I had the first couple of days. Just a little disappointed with some of the short game shots that I hit today. But after the finish that I had, going 3-under the last four, that was awesome.

Q. Difficult stretch of holes. Haven't seen a lot of guys play those holes that well, if any. What was working so well for you there?

VIKTOR HOVLAND: Well, I hit two good shots on 15 and 2-putted for a nice birdie. I think you'll see a lot of birdies on 15.

But, yeah, 16 I kind of bailed out to the right in the bunker and holed a really nice bunker shot there.

On 17, I hit the fairway and hit a great 8-iron in there to 8 feet and made that putt.

Then on, yeah, 18, I hit the fairway, but a very poor second shot and had to make a nice 2-putt. But I'll take that finish.

Q. You put yourself in a good position going into tomorrow. What's the next 24 hours or so look like before your round tomorrow?

VIKTOR HOVLAND: Just going to hit some balls a little bit, I thought. Might just hit the bike for 20 minutes and just get some energy out and recover for tomorrow. I think it's going to be another difficult day tomorrow, so need to be fresh and ready.
