THE MODERATOR: Talking with Ayaka now. Tight match the whole way through. What are your overall thoughts?

AYAKA FURUE: Yeah, actually it was the most difficult play I've ever had and the green was really hard and like quick and it was really hard to play well for me.

But Pajaree did very well today, so, yeah.

Q. As you got later into the match and you knew you had to come back a little bit, was there any thought to changing your strategy or how you play certain holes?

AYAKA FURUE: Not especially, just I believe in myself and play my golf.

Q. What do you what do you take away from this week's event heading into future events?

AYAKA FURUE: Yeah, it's obviously different between stroke play and match play, so, yeah, I have to play aggressively as possible as I can.

So, yeah, that's the outcome that I got this week.

Q. Can you talk about holes 12, 13, and 14, where you traded conceded birdies back and forth, how key that was to the match?

AYAKA FURUE: Yeah, her ball was really close to the hole and I have to -- I got to think I have to play aggressively after that hole, so...

Q. And then both of you seemed to play much better in the morning. Was the afternoon just conditions harder or fatigue was catching up?

AYAKA FURUE: Yeah, just the condition was really difficult for me and the winds were really big and strong and the green was really high, like speed, and hotter than the morning.

So that's why I just have some trouble.
