Q. All right, Linn. Being able to come straight into lunch after your final match of the day, just overall your reflections from this week and today's match.

LINN GRANT: Well, today's match was so good. I think I was minus six after nine. We were tied, so we both played very well. I wish my opponent the best of luck in the final.

Other than that, I feel like my game really progressed throughout the week and I got better and better throughout the week, which is a good sign I think.

I'm really ready to continue this season.

Q. For you as well, being able to still keep the pressure on, getting to where you were able to get to, what were some of those last holes like for you?

LINN GRANT: I feel like I kind of messed up a little bit on the back nine and didn't give myself the best opportunities out there.

Still, I mean, she has a solid game, and, I don't know, I just tried to hold on as long as I could. But, yeah, she played really good.

Q. The last hole we saw the bunker shots. Just what was the mindset on that final hole? I know you conceded after watching that ball.

LINN GRANT: Yeah, I mean, I knew that I had to be aggressive, so going into that kind of -- well, it wasn't a great lie, was it? Going into that lie and that shot I just knew I had to be aggressive and try to hole it to go to the next hole.

And then that's what you get for being aggressive sometimes I guess. I mean, I couldn't do much. It is what it is. It was a great game.

Q. When was like the time you felt you had to be aggressive? I know you have been getting more comfortable with this course. You both were playing outstanding golf. When did you kind of get into the mindset of, okay, I need to be a little bit more aggressive?

LINN GRANT: I probably wouldn't -- I mean, it's kind of hard with this course as well because I feel like you can't really be aggressive. You just have to keep playing according to the book.

So I tried that and, I mean, that's kind of more like just have to do that and hope that the other person messes up or you get a good shot and you're close.

So I just tried to do that, but obviously on the last hole I knew I needed to hole that shot.

Q. T3 finish; excellent showing in your first U.S. event since becoming an LPGA Tour member. What do you take away from this week as a whole going into your next event?

LINN GRANT: Well, I had so much fun. I feel like my game is solid. Even though I started off the week and I wasn't too confident about it, I feel like now I am, so going into next week and the weeks to come I'm excited for that.

Also, really fun to play match play again, and I feel like I got a bit more confidence hopefully going into this Solheim Cup.
