Q. Gabe's status for tonight?

ERIK SPOELSTRA: Still waiting. He's going to go through his routine, everything. Somebody will probably tweet it before I actually find out officially (smiling). He's going to go through his process, though.

Q. Bam was talking about Jimmy's leadership style this morning. He says it's different than other leaders he has had. How would you describe his leadership style and how you look to him in this moment?

ERIK SPOELSTRA: You want me to express that right now in a matter of 30 seconds (Laughs) Jimmy leads with everything -- his spirit, his soul, his competitive nature. It's all out there on his sleeves. That's what we love about him.

I mentioned to him, when I first met him, and then in the subsequent years after that, he never has to apologize, ever, for who he is and what he is about. It's the same language as us, and that's why we're all following him.
