Quick Quotes
Q. How has your week been? Have you enjoyed the experience of getting the chance to play here?
EILA GALITSKY: How can I not? It's my first ever major championship, and I just love it so much. I hope to be back here one day.
Q. What bits have you loved especially?
EILA GALITSKY: I liked the setup, the crowd, everything about it. There wasn't one thing I didn't like about it.
Q. Do you feel intimidated at all playing with the girls or has it been just really good experiences?
EILA GALITSKY: I didn't feel intimidated because I know they're top pros, and yeah, I was very honored to even have the chance to play with them.
Q. You're middle of the field if not a little bit higher. How does that feel? You must feel incredibly satisfied.
EILA GALITSKY: Yeah, especially today with this weather and how cold it is, I'm very happy with how I played today.
Q. You had five birdies --
EILA GALITSKY: Five birdies, one double and one bogey.
Q. What are your plans from here on in? You're playing Evian; what are you doing in the interim?
EILA GALITSKY: I'm going to play the SEA Games in Cambodia. I made a commitment to the Thai national team, so I've got to go do that and hopefully get the gold for Thailand.
I'm going to Bulgaria for a month because my coach teaches there, so I just wanted to see how great that country is.
Q. The next couple of weeks are you going straight to --
EILA GALITSKY: I'm going back to Thailand for a week and then straight to Cambodia.
Q. There's so many players that have come out of Thailand in recent years, extraordinary amounts. Is there any particular one of them that you admire, that you've spent time with this week?
EILA GALITSKY: I met Atthaya for the first time, and she was one of my idols because she grew up playing for the national team, and she won the Asia-Pacific just like I did, and she got low amateur in this event, so hopefully I can do the same.
Q. It's neck-and-neck.
EILA GALITSKY: Yeah.
Q. Do you think with the way it's set up today with the weather, do you think the closing holes are a little bit tougher?
EILA GALITSKY: Yeah, definitely. I think 16, how the pin is placed, is pretty tough. 17 is also really tough. 18, they moved the tees up, but the pin is quite tough, too.
Q. Are you going to stay around and watch?
EILA GALITSKY: Yeah, I will.
