Q. One more shot to play tomorrow, but other than that, take me through the second day here at Chevron.

BROOKE HENDERSON: It was a great start to the day. 4-under through the front nine, felt great. Unfortunately kind of made a birdie, made a bogey on the back nine and I couldn't really get it rolling, but it looks like I have a good chance to make birdie on 18, which would be a great way to finish the round.

Q. What is it about this front nine that sets up so well for your game?

BROOKE HENDERSON: I really like the front nine a lot. Yesterday I didn't see it until my back nine, so I kind of had to wait a long time to get there and then started to make some birdies. But today I was excited to go out and try to take advantage of some of the holes that the tees were moved up on and try to take advantage of some opportunities.

Q. We did see some drivers off the deck yesterday. What was it like to get that momentum back here, especially at a major like this one?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, I love that shot, and the lies are good around here, so I'm able to connect pretty well and get it up around the green like yesterday, which is always fun. Had another one out there today, so it's nice when I can do that shot.

Q. Kind of luck of the draw not having to be at the course during the delay today, but what was it like to sit and refocus heading into knowing that you'd be watching the clock?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, you know, it was nice that we didn't show up at the course and then hear. I had just a few more hours of rest and prep time at the hotel before getting here today, which I think helped mentally. It's going to be a short night tonight, so hopefully can rest up and come out strong tomorrow.

Q. I know you've still got some coming out tomorrow early. What are you going to do tonight to think about that shot tomorrow and why elect to do it tomorrow?

BROOKE HENDERSON: Yeah, it was really, really dark. I was able to hit the green basically in two. I'm just over the back. That was fine enough to see, but around the greens I needed a little bit more light to make sure, because I want to take advantage of this opportunity to make birdie. Hopefully I have to take a drop from the grandstands, but hopefully get a good drop and just chip up and make a putt.
