AARON RAI: Yeah, really nice finish to the round. We had a really good chance on 16 yesterday to putt 11 feet. It was a very nice putt this morning to make birdie there.

17 is always a tricky hole, so it's nice to make 3.

Gave myself a great look on 18, and nice to finish off with a birdie there as well.

Q. How does it feel to hold the first round lead?

AARON RAI: It feels good. It feels good. Played really nicely. Can take a lot of positives from the way that we played tee to green and made a few nice putts as well. The greens are rolling pure this week.

So, yeah, great start all in all but still a very long way to go.
