DANIELLE KANG: I think having a couple good rounds on poa is a good practice for a couple of the LA tournaments coming up. It was nice to be out in Southern California like always, and I'm really thankful to DIO Implant for hosting this event.

Q. From me really fast, this will pretty much your solidify your place on the International Crown team. How happy are you to represent Team USA there?

DANIELLE KANG: Is it solidified? What happens if someone wins Texas?

Q. No. This is the last week to qualify.

DANIELLE KANG: Oh, I didn't know. Okay, well, that's actually very, very -- I'm very happy to hear that, because I know that I took a lot of the time off last year so I've been moving down the rankings quite a bit.

Any chance I get to represent USA is a big deal for me. Last time I was qualified for International Crown I didn't get to represent it, and sometimes I think there is a reason why.

So I can't wait to go to San Francisco because that's where I was born, and I can't wait to play with the team that's been set.
