Q. All right, Hyo Joo, bogey-free day today. What was working so well just like yesterday as well as today?

HYO JOO KIM: My short game today was really good and I think that led to a bogey-free round.

There were a couple situations actually where I could have carded a bogey, but in those instances my putter worked well.

Q. What were some of those memorable par saves that you just spoke of?

HYO JOO KIM: The 12th hole I think I was about four or five steps away from the hole, and I think that was the hole that I probably could have bogeyed but got a par save out of it.

Q. Then to have three birdies on your back nine, what was working so well there?

HYO JOO KIM: Yeah, definitely happy about getting birdie opportunities. The green was a bit tricky to read, but the putter just really worked well. Really satisfied with getting three birdies on the back nine today.

Q. What was the mentality for you like when the temperature started dropping pretty low?

HYO JOO KIM: Shoutout to the hot packs here just to keep my hands warm and work on the grip. If I wear multiple it hinders the swing, which is why I kept taking off and wearing the outerwear today.

Q. And what will you take away from these last two days as you work your way into the weekend?

HYO JOO KIM: I didn't really have any big mistakes the last two days, so definitely want to keep that going until the end, and just like today and yesterday, just really want to have that extra focus when I have that birdie chance.
