Quick Quotes
Q. After 36 holes, being in the final round at the ANWA, what are you the most proud of?
MONET CHUN: I think just going out there, putting together two good rounds. I'm really proud of having my sister on the bag and just having to collaborate with her on the golf course is really fun. Just overall having a good time out here.
Q. What's the recipe to getting a good score at Champions Retreat?
MONET CHUN: I think personally the course suits me fairly well. I think I'm a little bit sharper with my longer irons, which helps a lot around this golf course just with the longer yardage, but yeah, I've been pretty solid off the tee, been pretty solid around the chipping areas, so yeah, it's been helpful.
Q. What about this new putter? How is it rolling for you?
MONET CHUN: It's actually really good. Putts are starting to drop, so it's nice to see them fall.
Q. How are you feeling going into the final round?
MONET CHUN: I'm pretty excited just to be out there. I've played with a lot of the girls that are on this leaderboard before, so I don't really think it's going to be feeling like anything new, but being able to go play, the golf course will be a lot of fun for sure.
Q. What are your expectations for tomorrow? Will you be able to sleep tonight?
MONET CHUN: I hope so. Hopefully I get a good rest in. Yeah, excited to play tomorrow. We'll see what happens here.
Q. Have you talked about other players about what's special over there --
MONET CHUN: I have no idea. It will be a surprise.
Q. You get into a tournament to win. Now Rose Zhang is 10 shots in front of you. What's the game plan for the final round?
MONET CHUN: Yeah, I think just going out there, playing my own game, playing the best I can possibly do. She's a really good player, so it'll be tough to beat her, but maybe if I do put in a good round, we'll see.
Q. Do you have a number in mind?
MONET CHUN: No, not really. We'll have to go out and see tomorrow.
