THE MODERATOR: On the dais we'll have Caroline O'Connor, Marlins President of Business Operations, Tony Flores, President of Puerto Rican Baseball League, and Antonio Jose Herrera, local hospitality business leader. We'll start with an opening remark from Caroline O'Connor, President of Business Operations of the Marlins.

CAROLINE O'CONNOR: Hello and welcome, everyone. We're so excited to have you here during such a large event. We're proud to host you all for World Baseball Classic and also have you here to talk about the Caribbean Series.

Through this week's events we've seen the huge outpouring of love for baseball. Baseball's a beloved international sport and we see the huge fan base that exists here in Miami.

So we're pleased to work with our partners at the Confederation to work on the Caribbean Series, which we know will be the next huge global baseball event here in Miami.

THE MODERATOR: All right. We'll take questions in English and Spanish.

CHEMA SANCHEZ: So just to mention, he was asking when would we reveal the two countries that are going to be invited for Caribbean Series 2024. So we hosting on April 29th, we're going to have here a Caribbean Series Night. Of course it is not a decision that we make ourselves, the Confederation and our group are going to gather, and if we can get to that decision and resolution on which two teams are going to be the ones invited to the Caribbean Series, it is our goal and intention to reveal the two names on Caribbean Series Day on April 29th this season.

So that is the goal. Doesn't mean that it's going to be happening that day. Like we said we're in the process of evaluating every metric that we can to ensure the success of the event. So if it is done by then, that is the goal.
