Quick Quotes
Q. Just talk about the course conditions this afternoon. Obviously a lot of low scores out there today. Why do you think there are so many low scores?
TAYLOR PENDRITH: The course setup was pretty easy, I would say. A lot of the pins were in bowls, easy to get to. Par-5s weren't playing that difficult. 17, if you hit a good shot, you could make a birdie. 18 was kind of downwind, so a lot of guys had wedges to a birdie pin. The weather was perfect, not much wind. Yeah, it was a little frustrating not to capitalize on that, but birdied 18, and we'll see what happens tomorrow.
Q. A couple of circles on the scorecard, but the squares, the bogeys, what ended up happening there?
TAYLOR PENDRITH: Yeah, on the front nine, my first bogey was 4. Hit a pretty good tee shot and was kind of on the upslope in the rough with a bad lie, so hit a poor wedge. Next hole, hit a really good drive, just caught the edge and kicked into the bunker, bogey. Next hole, hit a 3-iron in the trees, bogey. Not ideal. But yeah, it was all tee ball related.
But hit a lot of really good ones, as well.
Q. Obviously big event, big money, big points, et cetera, et cetera. Game plan for tomorrow? Stays the same, just hopefully roll in a few more birdies? How do you look at the approach to tomorrow?
TAYLOR PENDRITH: Very similar. I'm quite a ways back of the lead, so I'm just going to go and play my game, and nothing really changes. We have a game plan that we've stuck to the last three rounds, and if I can get it in the fairways, it should be fun, and hopefully make some more birdies.
