ERIC COLE: Yeah.

ERIC COLE: Yeah. Yeah, that is probably a very long coming, but better late than never, so...

Q. You do something like that, is it really special to follow it up and play brilliantly?

ERIC COLE: Yeah, I mean, it makes it cool. It's just such a special week for us that I could have shot 65 or 85 and we're still going to have a good time. Still excited to be here. It's great to play well any day, but this is just a very special week for us.

Q. First time playing Pebble?

ERIC COLE: Yeah, first time playing in this tournament.

Q. Monday was that your first round ever at Pebble?

ERIC COLE: That was my first time playing it. I caddied in this tournament a couple times, but I never played.

Q. You caddied?

ERIC COLE: Yeah. Yeah.

Q. For who?

ERIC COLE: Sam Saunders. We grew up together. So I caddied for him at least ones, maybe twice in this tournament.

Q. You grew up with Sam?

ERIC COLE: I did, yeah.

Q. You must have played a ton of golf with Sam?

ERIC COLE: I did. We used to live together in Orlando and we've been really close friends ever since we were in high school.

Q. Back me up on your status. When did you get on?

ERIC COLE: This is my rookie year through the Korn Ferry Tour last year.

Q. So she's been traveling the Korn Ferry Tour?

ERIC COLE: A little bit. She comes out every so often whenever she can. It's always nice to have her here.

Q. You know you're not on the Korn Ferry Tour TOUR when you're at Pebble Beach, right?

ERIC COLE: That's true. I like the Panama tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour, but I think this is definitely a little bit better. So we're happy to be here.

Q. Any date?

ERIC COLE: No, I think we're just still celebrating it. But we'll get into that at some point. My job was to give her the ring. Her job might be more the date.

Q. How old are you?

ERIC COLE: I'm 34. She's 32.
