Q. Here with Wei-Ling Hsu after her first round at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. Really good round for you today. What was working so well, and were you having fun out there?

WEI-LING HSU: So coming out today, it's the first day of the season. I just never really thought about anything because I'm just trying to work on like what I've been working on in the off-season. I think I'm very focused on every shot on the front nine.

Got a little bit rusty on the back nine, so missed a couple shots, but overall I'm very positive about today, the way I played today.

Q. Can you take us through some of the things you worked on in the off-season and how you put those into play today?

WEI-LING HSU: I definitely worked on a little bit more my swing, golf swing, especially my backswing, that I always have the chicken wing that I don't want. Been working on it to make my iron shots more consistently, and also on the putting thought. Last season I don't have really good thought on putting, so was a little confused in my head.

Coming into today I'm more like target and like focus what my stroke. Every putt was like straight putt. I just tried to work on that. Don't try to turn it or try to make it, just try to make a straight putt.

Q. As you mentioned, you had a really good front nine. Were you surprised by that, to come in from the off-season and just go off in your first nine holes?

WEI-LING HSU: I wouldn't say surprised. Well, I made a really good bunker shot on No. 8. I holed out from the bunker, and that was a surprise. But overall, I think what I have done on my iron shots, I was happy, and especially to see that chip shot from the bunker goes in. That is so good.

Q. Playing with Brian Baumgartner who's a comedian and Dylan, were there lots of laughs out there on the course?

WEI-LING HSU: Yeah, I mean, like things like -- like Brian on the tee, always like, let's go, let's go, let's get this. I was like, okay, that sounds a lot of positive, kind of restart every hole. But I never really played like in the competition round with a celebrity, so I was a little nervous before I go down to play. I was like, oh, I'm not sure what they're going to shoot. It might go everywhere. But it turned out they are focused and they hit it straight and very taking serious for every shot. I'm very enjoyed it.
