Q. Francesco, many congratulations on a terrific match. You took responsibility as captain going out first. How good does to feel to get that first blue point on the board?

FRANCESCO MOLINARI: It feels great to play such a great game with Shane. We both played some great golf, back and forth, exchanging birdies and really good shots. It's fun. It feels nice to come out on top. But you know, now it's out of my hands and it's not a great feeling but I've got obviously great trust in the guys and let's see if we can bring it on.

Q. You'll want to get out there and support your teammates. There's nine of them. How do you decide where to go?

FRANCESCO MOLINARI: I don't know, I'll have a look at the scores. I think the guys, obviously the matches are closer, up or down, try to spend some time with them but they don't need me. I've got a group of amazing guys and amazing players, so I'm sure they can do it.
