Q. To start, did you play college golf? If so, where?

DANI HOLMQVIST: I did; University of California.

Q. Okay, perfect. Then what is your career-best finish and/or biggest accomplishment in your career so far?

DANI HOLMQVIST: Great question. I think I have three or four professional wins, so I would say that. Yeah, any time you're in contention at the highest level it's always good, too.

Q. Awesome. And do you know your career-best round?

DANI HOLMQVIST: On the LPGA it's minus-7.

Q. And then why did you decide to pursue professional golf as a career and why do you keep playing?

DANI HOLMQVIST: I come from professional athletes. My family -- my dad played professional soccer and sport has always been a big part.

I decided to turn pro. I wanted to be a pro when I was probably fifth grade, so I enrolled myself in an English speaking school. I went to an English-speaking school in Sweden, and then played college golf because I had to get a degree before turning pro. I've been loving it ever since.

Q. What is your degree in?

DANI HOLMQVIST: Business and marketing.

Q. Awesome.

DANI HOLMQVIST: Yeah.

Q. And then what are your hobbies outside of golf? What do you like to do for fun when you're not on the course?

DANI HOLMQVIST: Oh, I have weird ones. So I studied wine for a two and a half years, so I'm a level three sommelier. Now I am pursuing my pilot's license and helicopters, so I will be done by Christmas.

Q. That's so cool. Do you have a favorite wine, like I guess brand or are you a red or white drinker?

DANI HOLMQVIST: That's a hard one. Probably mostly reds I would say, but sometimes I just pick random grapes to challenge myself a little bit.

I would say probably right now I'm in an Italian phase, so the dry Italians, like the Barlos, Brunellos. Super Tuscans.

Q. Awesome. And then if you weren't a professional golfer what do you think you would be doing?

DANI HOLMQVIST: That's a great question. No clue to, be honest with you. No clue. Probably something in the business world.
