Quick Quotes
Q. So a bogey-free second round. How did it feel walking off that last green?
SIRI PATCHANA: Pretty shaky. Amazing. I didn't feel like I have an A game today, but I kept my mental and everything kind of together and ended with a really good round.
Q. And then obviously it's windy, a little bit colder than what people expect for Florida. How do you keep positive on the course despite the conditions and keep yourself in your game?
SIRI PATCHANA: Being from Arizona it's a little hard, but I just kept telling myself that I have a chance on the next hole. There is a lot of golf left. There is no need to hang on to my mistakes.
So, yeah.
Q. And then like you said, two more days of golf left. How do you keep positive and keep yourself mentally in it after a solid round with two more days left?
SIRI PATCHANA: Well, I know that the conditions are going to still be tough, so I'm going to have the same mindset as today. Going in with the clear -- just a clear canvas. Like nothing happened, so tomorrow hopefully it's going to be new day, new me.
Just focusing on shot by shot.
Q. And then no cut this week, but your round today, you were able to move up about 100 spots in the rankings. How does that feel and how does that help you leave the golf on the course and rest for the rest of the day?
SIRI PATCHANA: It's actually amazing because there is a lot of pressure this week and everyone has the same pressure, but it's amazing. I know that I can do it, so I know that I am able to do it again and there is a chance of me doing that. So knowing that just like make me realize that I have a chance and it's going to be okay for the next two days.
