Quick Quotes
Q. So caddieing for Sarah this week. You both have fun, outgoing personalities. How do you think that will help on the course?
DANIELA IACOBELLI: I think it's good. We play a lot of golf together in general between Epson practice rounds and then off weeks or whatever.
She's kind of me ten years ago, so I get to just kind of tell myself what to do. But it's good. We know each other's games. She was obviously on the bag when I won in Oregon, so rightfully I have to return the favor.
Q. That was my next question: What kind of, not pressure, but what kind of like momentum or positive mindset does that give you knowing that she was there for your win and kind of returning that favor and helping her be the best she can be this week?
DANIELA IACOBELLI: It's good. I mean, I have ten years experience behind my belt, so, I mean, you want to do -- over 200 more events than her if you want to look at it that way.
So I think it's going to be good for me to kind of be there for her to calm her down, to keep her present, in the moment. It's also good when you have someone who plays similarly. It helps to dissect the golf course and come up with a strategy plan.
So I think we did a really good job of that the last two days, and, I mean, you know, the prep work is done, so now let's just go have fun and play four days of golf.
Q. What are your plans and kind of goals for the rest of the season heading into next year?
DANIELA IACOBELLI: For me personally, or for Sarah?
Q. You.
DANIELA IACOBELLI: I'm just enjoying the time off. I play with my little groups back at home Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and I got house projects I want to get done. I just bought a golf cart, so I want to get that all souped up. That's it.
Just going to hang out with my dog and ride around on the golf cart like an old retired lady.
Q. I love that. Are you thinking about Q Series?
DANIELA IACOBELLI: No, I don't -- that's just personal preference. I like my Epson Tour. Money is going up. We're getting more events. I've established so many host families and just families in general.
It's just too much fun. I don't want to have to go grind it out for two weeks when I haven't touched a club in three, so... that's just me.
