Q. Sim, a great start but a very challenging finish for you today. How are you feeling?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Not really well today. I start on 10 today, so my back nine is better than first nine. I start with 3-under, and I got 4-over the last nine.

I feel today the wind is stronger than yesterday. It's harder to play.

Q. As you said, a tough finish but still smiling. Still lots of positives to take from the first nine?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Yes. But I think tomorrow I will be better than today.

Q. Sometimes we learn more from our challenges than our successes; is that what you feel like with your back nine today, that you will learn lots from that?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Yes, I will learn a lot from that.

Q. What was the best part of your game today?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: The best part? After 10th hole until 18.

Q. But what was the strength? What were you doing well?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Oh, so tee shot, driver, my best, Sim 300.

Q. Even though you had 1-over today, still in good position and in contention for the weekend. Do you still feel like you're in a good place?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Yes. Yes. I feel confident, same as first day. Absolutely I want to be champion, yeah.

Q. I just want to ask, Sim, the three holes where you had a bogey, bogey and a double bogey, what went wrong? What did you do wrong there?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: So my swing wasn't wrong, but because sometimes it draws, go left of the green and bump, you know, the slope, and it bumped the road and goes in the forest, so a bit of bad luck.

Q. That was on which hole?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: On hole No. 6. Hole No. 7 the wind is right to left. It's 115, so I used 48 degrees punch shot, and it go over the green like 15 yards.

Q. How did the double bogey come?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: First shot I hit driver, and it goes in the --

Q. Into the TV camera, cable?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Cable. So on hole No. 8, I used driver on tee shot, and it go a bit left from fairway, and it goes in the TV cable. So I have to pick it up and put my ball back, and it's stuck with the tree. Hard to play.

Q. So maybe just more bad luck?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Yeah.

Q. Today unlucky day; tomorrow will be good?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Yeah, I will be better than today and yesterday.

Q. I never like to finish an interview talking about the bad holes, so I'm going to ask you of your birdies on your first nine. Which hole was the best birdie?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Let me think a bit which hole.

Q. Which was your best birdie today?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: I love the first hole today.

Q. Can you tell me about that one?

NATTHAKRITTA VONGTAVEELAP: Okay, so from tee shot I used driver. My second shot is 219. The wind is headwind, so I used 22-degree hybrid. I hit very straight, over the bunker. I chip, I used 60 degrees, and tap-in.
