Q. Okay, home stretch of that back nine, just birdie after birdie. How did it feel coming off that last green?

GINA KIM: It feels great because obviously my patience paid off and I saw some results. Because honestly at the beginning of the round I was hitting great shots, I had a solid game, but just didn't see anything dropping.

Feels really nice to finally get something out and squeeze something out right at the end.

Q. Heading into the next two days, doing really well, have some good rounds under your belt. What do you do to rest and prepare and get yourself in the right mindset?

GINA KIM: You know, I think I just stay chill and kind of leave my work here on the golf course, and just go enjoy life outside and get some lunch with some of friends and chill out, watch movies.

Just going to stick with that and keep going at this tempo.

Q. Awesome. Obviously I know everyone's goal at the end of the week is to be in the top 10. What do you do to keep yourself in the present thinking about what you can control in the moment to get to where you want to be ultimately?

GINA KIM: Yeah, I mean, obviously everyone is kind of on the same page when it comes to thinking about the top 10, but the fact that I'm already even in there to begin with and only played half a season, that means I'm doing something right.

So just kind of sticking to the present and just hitting shot by shot and obviously staying patient, because it definitely paid off today.

I think two more good rounds like that, should be okay for me.
