Q. Thoughts on winning on this iconic venue?

RYAN FOX: It means a hot. To be honest the only person I can really think of at the moment is Warne. Means a lot to this event and great mates, and just a shame he's not here. I'm going to enjoy feeling this one with the family.

Q. Did you feel his presence out there?

RYAN FOX: Yeah, there was some luck out there. Obviously I was pretty nervy the last three holes. I didn't hit very good shots 16, 17, 18. He was definitely helping out, the putt on 15, the tee shot on 16.

Q. Starting the day four behind and three ahead going into the last few holes, what were you thinking?

RYAN FOX: Just try not to make mistakes. I knew where I was and it's a hard golf course to do that. It's almost an easy golf course when you're chasing and unfortunately like you have some chances. Bad shots are really penal those last five holes. As bad as it sounds, I was just trying not to hit really bad shots and I think I got away with it for the most part.

Q. You started the year 213th in the World Rankings and you are now at projected to 25th, and you'll be making your Masters debut in April?

RYAN FOX: I haven't had a chance to think about it yet but I'm sure I'll get many messages about that tonight. Unreal. Words can't describe anything at the moment to be honest.

Q. And potentially beating the No. 1 player on this tour, Rory McIlroy, puts you at second or third place in the DP World Tour rankings, so how excited about the possibility of going there and challenging to be the No. 1?

RYAN FOX: I wouldn't say it was a goal at the start of the year but it was certainly a goal after the mid part of the season. It's been a tough couple of weeks and it was nice to find some form again. Hopefully I can challenge Rory in the back end of the year.
