Quick Quotes
Q. Here at the Dunhill Links after that incredible win at Wentworth, how are you feeling and how's the game?
SHANE LOWRY: Good. I'm feeling good obviously. I've just come off a very nice win. Very happy with myself.
How is my game feeling, to be honest I haven't practiced or played that much since Wentworth. Played a bit of links golf back home in Ireland for a few days. I'm somewhat ready. I'll go ahead and get ready today and see what this week gives me.
Q. Nice to come back after a win?
SHANE LOWRY: Yeah, look, I've played here since I turned pro. In 2009 I played here and I've played with the same guy every year, same amateur and I just really enjoy the week. I love coming here. It's obviously an amazing place to come and play golf. It's a great tournament. It is a nice place to come after a big win.
Q. You have Jerry McManus with you and you'll be teeing it up with the Hojgaard brothers and on Saturday you'll be with Rory and his dad.
SHANE LOWRY: Yeah, it's a lovely draw. It's going to be nice, and it will be nice to get out and play with the two lads and Saturday going out with Rory will be good fun.
Q. Carnoustie might be one of the toughest. Good to get that out of the way first?
SHANE LOWRY: Yeah, it is but looking at the forecast, I think good weather for Carnoustie means good scoring for St Andrews and Kingsbarns. It will be important to get out there in the morning and shoot a good score.
