Q. Andrea, the victory smells really sweet from where I'm standing. You've been on this journey for sometime. Does this victory feel as good as you believed it was going to be?
ESTHER HENSELEIT: It's more than anything I could have imagined. I cannot believe -- I can't believe it actually. I'm speechless. There are so many people I want to thank. Hi mom; I did it.
Yeah, I just can't believe I'm standing here after what I went through last year and the beginning of this year. I'm in shock right now.
Q. Also today too you got off to a little bit of a tough start. How do you pick yourself up after the two bogeys early?
ANDREA LEE: Yeah, I was 2-over after four or five holes and I just told myself to stay really patient because I still had a lot of golf left.
You know, managed to get three coming in on the front nine and just, yeah, kept going on the back and I think I made like five birdies.
It was nice to finish that way, and, yeah, still can't believe it.
Q. Overcoming adversity again. On the 17th fairway you were in a divot. What did you think when you found out were in a divot on 17?
ANDREA LEE: Yeah, a little bad break, but nothing you could do about it. I was debating whether I should hit a full 7 or a choke 6. I went with a choke 6 and just kind of tugged it a little bit.
Managed to get up and down and just was trying to stay calm. Yeah, managed to hit it to a foot which helped the nerves a little bit.
Q. What do you think the celebration will be like tonight?
ANDREA LEE: Well, I'm staying with a family friend. They have three kids, and maybe drink out of the trophy, we'll see. Just going to enjoy this one with my dad who's here. I still haven't seen him yet.
I also went to dedicate this win to my grandpa who passed away last November. He always believed in me and always believed that I was a champion. Today I am one, and I just want to thank him from up above. I'm always thinking about him.
