Q. Here with Ayaka Furue after her second round at the AmazingCre Portland Classic. What was really working so well for you out there today? You carded another four birdies after a really great round yesterday.

AYAKA FURUE: My shots were good. I was able to make some putts, one long putt.

All around game was very good today.

Q. Yeah, you're a really great putter. What's the secret to your success on the greens? What do you work on in practice and such?

AYAKA FURUE: I like to practice a lot (indiscernible.)

Q. Today you played and yesterday you played with Brooke and Ruoning Yin. Does it make you play better playing with other players who are playing really well?

AYAKA FURUE: Playing with two good players that played well, I would like to stay up with them, and it's good that we all played well.

Q. Going into the weekend, how does it help your mentality or confidence being near the top of the leaderboard?

AYAKA FURUE: Nothing changes. Just want to concentrate and play my game.

Q. And last question: It's been a couple weeks since you've won your first LPGA event. Just tell me what you've had to do and how it feels chasing another win knowing that you've already won this season?

AYAKA FURUE: Keep concentrating and have a mental focus and try to make a lot of birdies.
