Q. Here with Jessica Korda. Great round today. 66. 5-under through your first seven holes. How were you able to set the tone so early?

JESSICA KORDA: Actually, some putts dropped, which was a nice change. And being able to hit driver, driver on two and give myself somewhat of 0an opportunity with how firm the greens have gotten, it was definitely just a really comfortable start.

Q. I walked with your group yesterday. A lot of those putts came out just short. What was the difference today in getting some to drop?

JESSICA KORDA: I have no idea. They just decided to drop today. That's just how golf sometimes works.

Yesterday I had a lot of in-between numbers and today I didn't have a lot those. I was able to be a little bit more aggressive. More on the front nine. Back nine bunch of in-between numbers.

It's just tough to get a look on a lot of those holes.

Q. And a great chip-in an well. What were you thinking on that shot. That was tough one; you didn't have much green to work with.

JESSICA KORDA: That had bogey written all over it. That was just a bonus. Honestly, that's kind of what you try to do from over there, but, I mean, there is no way of stopping that golf ball in that position.

Q. It's good to have some time to go home and reset. You were telling me you've been home in three days in, what was it, the last nine weeks. That's not much time at home. What will be focus be now that you have some time to prepare for Arkansas?

JESSICA KORDA: Enjoy being home. Just like normal stuff. I'm just excited for it.

Q. New event this week. Just assess the week overall here in Cincinnati for the first time.

JESSICA KORDA: You really want me to?

Q. After a good round today.

JESSICA KORDA: The crowds are unbelievable. We were kind of commenting on how it isn't necessarily just the young kids or the older crowd. It's definitely the tweens, which is really cool to see just the impact that this has.

I feel like every group has some people following them out on the golf course, so it's just really cool too to see the local support.

This golf course is so beautiful. I just hope that it's set up better next year.
