Q. Thoughts on adding to a strong bench Connecticut already had before signing you?
ODYSSEY SIMS: I’m just happy to be a part of everything and be here. I got the call and go from being signed, not signed, being on a 10-day contract, signed for the rest of the year and we’ve been making an incredible run to be here in the Finals competing for a championship is what it’s all about.
Q. Thoughts on joining DiJonai (Carrington) and Courtney (Williams) after playing in Athletes Unlimited together?
ODYSSEY SIMS: Who would of thought that all three of us would be on the same team, but we’re here. I love them. These are my girls. We’ve been having fun. Like I said, the different personalities, we gel so well with each other on and off the court. I couldn’t be more excited being a part of this.
