Quick Quotes
Q. All right, Nasa, bogey-free, two birdies on the card. Just how are you feeling after day two?
NASA HATAOKA: Today was a so-so. My shots are kind of so-so, and putting just kept missing just by millimeters.
But I think the whole thing my putting was good so I'm going to keep that in mind and go for it tomorrow.
Q. Greg was talking about it lipping out a couple times or burning the edge. Did you feel any frustration or did you just use that as motivation?
NASA HATAOKA: I think I was very patient about it, and knowing that the leader was 13-under I did want a lot of birdies, but I was okay.
Q. You had a birdie on No.4 and a birdie on No. 16. Walk me through what went well there.
NASA HATAOKA: Both of them were like four meters. I was able to make those putts, so it was good.
Q. What did you feel was best in your game today, especially when the putts, when you were saying the putts weren't going in when you wanted them to?
NASA HATAOKA: I think being an afternoon round I knew it was going to be difficult. I think I was able to really adjust to that condition and did well.
Q. Still in contention. The bogey-free day definitely helped. What will you take away from your first two days as you head into the weekend?
NASA HATAOKA: I think all my shots and my putting was good, good enough that I can just carry it on over to tomorrow and get a little better each day.
