Quick Quotes
Q. Welcome to Wentworth, a massive week and belated congratulations on becoming a father, how does it feel and has it changed you at all?
JON RAHM: Well, it might be an American saying, but we have to play man-to-man defence now. Somebody is always busy. Somebody is always busy. So it's a lot more entertaining but it's wonderful.
Obviously it's a little bit harder for mom, Kelley. She's breastfeeding, and I've been gone a lot and she has to take care of both of them. So it's been a little hard on her. When I go home, it's pure joy, I can take care of both of them and help her out. Really happy at home.
Q. You had a fantastic week here in 2019, and you were very close to Danny who eventually crossed the line. Looks like less than challenging weather?
JON RAHM: Hopefully it's kind of like today where it looked that bad but wasn't that bad, maybe one-hour delay and. But that's the chance you take when you come it the U.K. and a chance you take when you come to London, although until this week it's been wonderful weather but it's part of golf.
I sometimes welcome it, because living in Arizona, I don't seat a cloud for a large part of the year. It's very, very hot. Coming here and playing different golf is always very welcoming, especially Wentworth. It's very historic and there are a lot of great champions and a golf course worthy of great champions.
Q. Speaking of history, Seve was a big part of it and you won here in 1919. What would it mean for you to do the same and get your name next to him on Sunday?
JON RAHM: If I'm not mistaken, he has won here. Has Sergio? Only Seve and Ollie, right? When you get to add your name to a list of only those two, especially in Europe is very, very unique. So it would be amazing. I would love to. It would be a dream come true if you add my name to what Seve and Ollie have done in the past.
