Q. Incredible round of golf for you. It was an incredible day of golf. Overall, I guess nice to win, but then of course I guess you feel for your sister at the same time. Tell me your thoughts.

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, obviously super excited to win. Haven't won this year, so feels nice to get a win under my belt, but also very sad. It wasn't a day Jess was expecting. I guess a bit more of a battle going down the stretch.

But it's golf.

Q. Absolutely. And in many ways, you also won it, and at one stage were ten shots back and then you came to win it that way. How do you really get going? How did you find that find that energy?

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I mean, I got a little unlucky on No. 2. I was right behind a tree in the fairway. Bogeyed that.

So I was over par for the majority of the front nine, but went on a little nice run. Had two (indiscernible) on the scorecard, which is nice.

I just stuck to it and told myself there is a lot of opportunities out there. Hopefully I can capitalize on them.

Q. I think it was 16 as well you made birdie. Kept that two-shot lead going down the stretch. That was a big key I feel towards the end.

NELLY KORDA: Yeah, I felt like that was definitely one that I really needed to make. It would made my lead (indiscernible), so I made sure that I took my time over that putt and rolled it nicely.

Q. Finally, been a good week overall. Also fifth in the team event as well. How did that help set you up for this final round? It's two very different competitions. How do you refocus just on you today?

NELLY KORDA: I guess I'm a huge fan of Sotogrande. Yeah, I mean, first two days were a bit loose; today was a little bit more intense playing with two other competitors obviously in the final group pretty close to the lead. We were kind of going back and forth.

But it's so fun playing those first two days with the team. It gives you a little bit different aspect of golf. I enjoyed it.
