Q. To keep it up, to keep the grind, just take me through what the last four days were like for you.

AMANDA DOHERTY: I mean, it was good overall. Frustrated with the way it ended, but it was a good learning experience.

Q. What do you take away from this -- you said it's a learning experience. What do you take away from this kind of learning experience?

AMANDA DOHERTY: Honestly I think it's just kind of getting yourself in that situation. Like you don't get better at anything if you don't practice, so you've just got to be there to experience it. Hard to put into words.

Q. Does this give you the kind of confidence, the way you've been in contention, does it give you the confidence as you continue on with this year?

AMANDA DOHERTY: Yeah, I think it is a confidence boost certainly to know that I can put myself there going forward, and I still feel like my game is kind of trending in the right direction. So definitely.
