Quick Quotes
Q. Liz Young after a bogey-free round on day three of ISPS. How were conditions out there for you've this morning?
LIZ YOUNG: Yeah, it was good. Greens were a bit more receptive, so that helped. You could get a bit more aggressive. Some of the pins were just a no-go. You couldn't go for them. Others, there were a few you could go for.
And then I capitalized on the par-5s.
Q. Most people right now making birdies on the front nine. Is it much more gettable on the front than the back?
LIZ YOUNG: Yeah, you've got some shorter par-5s on the front nine, so that helps. You've got three of those, so that makes it a bit.
And then there is a couple of pins out there that you can get at. It's just choosing. You got to make sure if you're in the fairway and you've got a nice pin, then you're going for it.
If not, there are some horrible pins on the back nine. You're not even looking at it.
Q. What would you say the strongest part of your game was today?
LIZ YOUNG: Just my consistency with the pace putting was good. So that helped. I finally, it was the first day today, this week, where I felt like I knew the pace to hit it, so that helped.
Yeah, so it was all good overall.
Q. Going into tomorrow, what are you going to practice on now ahead of final round?
LIZ YOUNG: Hit a few leaky drives which is unlike me, so go to the range to sort that out.
