Q. Emily, that's a pretty solid two rounds of golf. 10-under, one behind going into the weekend. What's your thoughts on the first two rounds?

EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yeah, good. 5-under is good, and it's nice to follow up a low round with another one. Just I think keep going, trying to make birdies. Try and cut out some of bogeys and see what the weekend brings.

Q. Perfect start with the four birdies in a row. Talk us through that.

EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yeah, obviously that's a dream start. It kind of makes you want a bit more than 5-under when you're 4-under through four.

It was a great start. I hit the two par-5s and then on the second on the fourth I had up to two feet, so it was pretty easy birdies I would say. Apart from the fourth; I holed a long one there.

But, yeah, it's obviously great to start like that. It makes you want more. You start to think, how low can this go?

Yeah, still good to go the rest of it 1-under par, and hoping I can keep making birdies on the weekend.

Q. Obviously started at Massareene yesterday. How difficult is it to go from one course to another and try and emulate the same success?

EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: It's a little bit different. Like I had a lot of holes today I didn't remember. I said to my caddie, Chris, like what is this hole again?

It helped me sharpen the focus a bit trying to be even more on what's the target here, and then just trying to put on a good swing for that.

I was happy they way that I got to play Massareene first because that meant once yesterday was over all my attention could be at Galgorm, and that's -- obviously Galgorm on the weekend as well.

Q. What's the main part of your game that you need to focus on heading into the weekend? Going to be a tough battle.

EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yeah, I think I need to hole some more putts. Obviously the birdies I've made has been (indiscernible) close and par-5s reached in two, which is like two-putts. I think to really get up there I need to hole a bit more from like ten, fifteen feet, to roll in those birdies as well.

If I do that, I think I'm going to be looking quite good.

Q. You must be so excited to be in the mix at such a big tournament.

EMILY KRISTINE PEDERSEN: Yeah, it's been a while since I've been in contention, so it's always nice to be up there. It's nice to keep being up there after the first round, and then hopefully I'll stay in contention the rest of the weekend as well.
