Q. Take us through your round. Seemed tough today?
MAJA STARK: Yeah, very windy. But pretty steady I think. Made a couple mistakes with judging the wind in the end now that it was so windy, and I struggled a bit on the long putts, and that wasn't great because I had a lot of them.
Yeah, managed to save some pars and make a few important putts on the back nine, so that was fun. Challenging and very interesting. Just hitting low shots on almost every hole, like you're punching everything pretty much, and then yeah, you get that wrong wind and the ball just balloons up into the air.
It's very interesting to see the ball flights. You think that you hit a good shot and they be you end up 30 metres short, and you don't understand how that happened.
Q. So each player kind of has a way to deal with the wind, especially mentally, you're on top of the ball and it's blowing. What is your technique or your secret?
MAJA STARK: I just think that I am Tiger because I feel like he wouldn't back out of those shots. He would hit it low and just really commit to it. So I just think that I am Tiger when I'm hitting the low ones.
And then when I read putts, I say, okay, what would Tiger do. So I just try to be like him.
Q. So what would Tiger do, that's your secret this week?
MAJA STARK: Yeah.
Q. Is that your secret for tomorrow, "what would Tiger do"?
MAJA STARK: Yeah, I think so.
Q. Okay. What does it mean for you, what would Tiger do?
MAJA STARK: Playing aggressively, fearless. Not making the stupid mistakes. Just take a bogey if you have to because you're going to make bogeys out there. Because you get the 400 metre par 4s into the wind, and it's very difficult not to make a bogey. Playing aggressively, thinking that I always can win it.
