Quick Quotes
Q. Great round, talk through the back nine, you holed an 81-footer?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, that was cool. It was a little firm, but went in perfectly, happy days.
I holed a bunker shot on the next. That was going perfect speed. Thought it was just going to stop short but just rolled in on the last roll. That was nice.
Lots of confidence. Nice to see a few putts drop as well today. Felt like I haven't made much the last few days but felt like it was coming.
Q. On the front nine, just being patient?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, felt like I was hitting it well and just kept plugging along and eventually got those two, three holes in a row, so that was nice.
Q. What did you hit on the last?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Wedge. I was in between wedge and 9.
Q. The green you holed the one-putt --
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, it was going all sorts of different direction, bit of a breaker and up-and-down as well. I was towards the front section of that green and the pin was right at the back.
Q. Producing that round today in Scotland, how satisfying is that?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, I'm not sure where I am at the moment but it's moving day, they say, on Saturday, so good round. I haven't than done that this year, so that was nice.
Q. Is that a sign of your confidence, you get going like that; that you know you're capable of doing that?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, definitely. It's nice to see you're playing well and actually see it kind of come into a good score. So yeah, gives me lots of confidence for tomorrow.
Q. A wee breeze like that again?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, nice breeze like that is just perfect I think.
Q. Was it slightly coming from --
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Southwest and then it kind of went more west. It kind of changed, actually on the second hole. On the third hole, suddenly we were downwind which was quite nice but seemed to change back.
Q. A lot more friends and family here this week?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: All my two sets of aunts and uncles, mom and dad and a couple more friends came today. One lives an hour away, thought he was coming next week but came today, which was nice.
Q. Ahead of tomorrow, what will you do?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Tonight, we've got my mom and dad's 40th wedding anniversary a few weeks ago, so my family have booked somewhere tonight to celebrate that.
Q. Does it feel normal compared to what you normally experience in the States?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, home comforts. My mom and dad have cooked a few times this week, so that's always nice.
Q. Seem really confident and relaxed. Do you notice it yourself?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Yeah, I feel content. Feeling happy and it's nice to have the family here obviously.
Q. Headed to tomorrow, do you want it to be really windy?
GEMMA DRYBURGH: Just like this to be honest. It turned out a lot nicer than we were expecting. Sun came out. It was perfect. More of this, I would say.
