Q. Got it in the house, birdied the last. Regardless, pretty solid day. Just how are you feeling about that round?

CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, it was kind of a strange day. I feel like I played pretty solid. Just missed two drives on 7 and 8 that cost me a lot of points. But I was able to have like eight birdies today, so that's pretty positive. I'm just hoping to make less mistakes tomorrow.

Q. Coming to this week, I know tough week last week, what switched in your mindset heading into links golf? And you've been playing really solid.

CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I think I just -- playing at home is not always easy just because you have a lot of internal and external pressure. I feel like it's not always easy to manage the expectations.

I feel like just coming here, you know, I feel like because the weather can be so unexpected, you just go ahead and you have no expectations, you just go with whatever, you know, whatever is happening, whatever, wind or no wind or rain or no rain.

And it kind of helps me to just stay in the present and not focus too much, not worry too much about what could go wrong or stuff like that.

Q. You've done pretty well the last couple days. What were some of your personal highlights out there today, some of those birdies?

CELINE BOUTIER: I think I had a lot of really solid wedge shots, especially was able to manage the par-5s really well today, so that helped me a lot.

I wouldn't say there's like a shot that stands out, I just feel like my iron game has been pretty solid, and I was able to make a lot of putts.

Q. Does having Colin here help at all? Obviously familiarity with links golf I'm sure is nice.

CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I feel like he helped me with the club selection, and I feel like here, like I said, because the wind can be so different from one day to another, it's important to have the right clubs off the tee but also, you know, in the approach shots and stuff like that. Just helps me be more confident with my club decision and just be able to commit a hundred percent for each shot.

Q. You're in contention heading into the weekend. The conditions are probably going to change, get a little bit of that Scottish weather that we're more familiar with. What's the mindset heading into the weekend?

CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I'm actually excited for that weather. I feel like I've been waiting for it coming here, and I was kind of expecting it a little bit. I think it's just going to make things more interesting and have more people in the mix.
