Q. How did you find the conditions this afternoon?

CELINE BOUTIER: It was a little bit of everything. I feel like it started off pretty -- I mean, it was calm all day, but then there was a part in the middle that was really kind of crazy. And it started picking up, too. And then it was really calm at the end, too. So it wasn't that bad, I guess, overall.

Q. Made obviously a lot of birdies out there today, and also some really good recovery shots when you got yourself in trouble. What was going right for you?

CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I think my putting was really solid all day. I feel like even when I missed greens and stuff and I had maybe five-, six-footers for par, I would make them. So it was really helpful to get my putting today.

Q. And how did you feel your game was trending heading into this tournament?

CELINE BOUTIER: It hasn't been that great, to be honest. So I'm just trying to take it one round at a time.

Q. And being back in Scotland, playing at this tournament, what's it like having -- as you said, we had a little bit of everything, tons of weather. But you haven't got the wind that we've normally got here. What it's like being back in Scotland?

CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, it's kind of nice. It's my first time playing this course. So I was kind of a little bit unsure what to expect. But, yeah, I mean, the fact -- the thing that's good about the Scottish or anything in the U.K., really, is that you can have so many different weather conditions.

So you just really have to go with the flow, really, and what's going on. So it's kind of nice because you just don't have any expectations. You're just going in like, oh, you know what, today so many things can happen, I'm just going to do whatever I can with what we have.

Q. In terms of tomorrow, what are you expecting from tomorrow's round with hopefully better conditions?

CELINE BOUTIER: Yeah, I'm just going to try to do my best every hole, every shot, and see. Like you said, it's supposed to be a little bit windier, maybe. I mean, we're really not sure. Every day it changes. So it's like, you know, you just -- like I said, just do whatever you can with what you have.
