Q. Great round today, bogey-free round. Can you talk to me how you found the links out there?

NASA HATAOKA: Yeah it was a bogey-free, nice round but conditions weren't like links course, so I think that helped me today.

Q. You last played in this event in 2020. You finished 12th. What's it like being back in Scotland and how have you prepared for links golf?

NASA HATAOKA: Yeah, back in 2020, I didn't really have a good image about links golf, but I'll try my best and play better.

Q. Do you think you prefer it this time? Is there anything you prefer now than you did back then?

NASA HATAOKA: Yes, back then, I felt like links golf, toughest part was firm fairways, greens. But I feel like I'm able to adjust right now.

Q. What's your favourite thing about Scotland and are you excited to be back?

NASA HATAOKA: Yeah, so coming back to Scotland, it's always a joy. Especially playing out on a links golf course, it's something that you can't really play outside of, you know, you can't play in America or Japan. So I feel like it's something special, and also fish and chips is good.
