Q. Here with Georgia Hall. Closed out her week at the Amundi Evian Championship with a 65. Made two eagles today. Walk me through the first one on 9?

GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, I had perfect yardage. Pin was really tucked on the right-hand side.

I had to hit a little 3-wood all week, and I was really happy to have a little further in. I kind of cut a 3-wood over the bunker and ended up about 20 feet away and went straight in the middle for eagle.

Q. Obviously kind of finished with a flurry on the back nine. Walk me through 18.

GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, I was in between clubs and I had a hang-in lie and hit a little 7-iron in to about 15 foot, and, again, straight in the middle. My putting was probably the best it's been all year today. Very happy with my progress.

Q. What did you find over the weekend? I mean, 66, 65 on Saturday, Sunday. What was working?

GEORGIA HALL: I worked on my putting and I was just blending that in. It was the first time I tried something on a Thursday and it worked well.

But I just missed a few putts. Long game I just kind of got into a really good flow. Pace of play was good as well. So I managed to keep it going.

Q. Are you playing Scottish next week?

GEORGIA HALL: I am.

Q. Got one more tournament before AIG, obviously a place you're really comfortable at having been a past champion.

GEORGIA HALL: Yeah.

Q. How much confidence does a couple rounds like this give you heading into next week?

GEORGIA HALL: Yeah, to be honest, it's really nice just to be close to home. It's just over an hour flight for me, make the change, so I arrived Monday night. I just love it here. It's so pretty. I really love this golf course.

It gives me a lot of confidence going into the next two weeks for sure.

Q. One more major. What are some of your expectations for that last major of the season?

GEORGIA HALL: Obviously I've had really good results there in the past five years. I mean, I never played Muirfield. Heard a lot about it. I'm really excited as well, and I expect -- I don't know. I mean, I've had good results, so I'm just going to take it easy.

But, yeah, I'm really excited to play. It's my favorite event of the year.
