Q. So bogey-free 67 for you today. Seems like a pretty solid day today. Good way to start a major. How do you feel you played today?

IN GEE CHUN: I think I really happy to make the bogey-free round today with a little bit of pressure. Always like we have like little more pressure after like big winning.

So I handled that, so was good. Yeah.

Q. And you had Lydia and Anna both playing well -- no, you were in a different group. Which group were you with?

IN GEE CHUN: I play with Minjee and Jennifer.

Q. Yes, two other players playing very well. Overall, tell me about your birdies. Were there any long putts? What were those holes like? Were they just solid play today?

IN GEE CHUN: To be honest, I can't remember which hole I made birdies. Just so hungry now, so even my brain is not working. I'm trying to remember.

Q. I'm between you and a baguette, huh?

IN GEE CHUN: Yeah.

Q. You birdied the 4th hole, so 14, and then 1, 2, and 7.

IN GEE CHUN: Okay.

Q. So your first birdie was on No. 14.

IN GEE CHUN: Par-3 down the hill. Sorry.

Q. It's okay. I caught you.

IN GEE CHUN: 14.

Q. Dean got food. He's a smart man.

IN GEE CHUN: Yeah. I think my shot was not bad, but it was not that solid, but I made a really good up and down and I could read the putting lines very well.

I made a couple good like putting. That's how I made a bogey-free rounds. Pleased with the 4-under.

Q. Overall you have lots of fans here. It's a beautiful day. What was the experience like today, not just with the golf? What was today like?

IN GEE CHUN: I think after I won 2016 here more like friends, people recognize me, and they always gave me the smile and they cheered me on the course. I really appreciate it.

And like last couple years we couldn't have big spectators out there due to the COVID, so I'm really happy to see them again on the course.

I'm so excited to see the next three days.

Q. Tomorrow is the second round. You'll play in the afternoon. What did you learn from today that you think will help you tomorrow?

IN GEE CHUN: I think we got a pretty good weather today. Like at the beginning it was not too hot, but I heard tomorrow is hotter than today.

So just want to trying to keep drink lot of Evian water.
