THE MODERATOR: Paula, tough day today. Give us your thoughts.

PAULA BADOSA: Yeah, was tough match, tough day. I think day to forget. Yeah, I don't have anything else to say.

THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.

Q. I know you haven't had much time to think about it yet, but do you have any idea what was going wrong?

PAULA BADOSA: You just said it. I don't know. I think everything went wrong. She played a good match.

But I want to talk about me. I think it wasn't my day today. I tried. I tried my best. I wasn't lucky enough.

Yeah, a day to forget, as I said.

Q. Was it because of her playing that put you off or was it just not going well on your own side?

PAULA BADOSA: It was just me. I was just going for it. I was just missing. Some days it goes in the line. And some days like today, all of them go out.

Yeah, I think I missed a lot today. I don't usually miss that much. So I was even surprised. Yeah, it's sad because when you get to the second week of a slam, you always want to do well. It's not my case today.

So, yeah, have to accept it.
