THE MODERATOR: Here with In Gee Chung U Chun. Will hold the lead going into the final round of the KPMG Women's PGA Championship. In Gee, some struggles for you today. A 3-over 75. Some difficulty there on the back nine, but overall how do you assess your day? What's your big take-away from today's round?

IN GEE CHUN: Absolutely it was a little tough out there. I'm so proud of myself because I hang in there after I had double bogey on 16. After I made two pars and then I'm so proud of that, yeah.

THE MODERATOR: I do want to ask you about 16 about what happened there. Ball in third shot ended up under the trees and looked like you had to take an unplayable?

IN GEE CHUN: Yeah, I had a bad third shot. It was on a bad lie. So then when I got there, the ball was under the trees, so I took unplayable, but definitely I couldn't make the shot to take club lengths.

I'm just going back to the original spot there. Then, yeah, but still I thought -- I think it was a good up and down. From behind the green it was really tough.

THE MODERATOR: What do you do to you put that behind you? It has to be so hard. Did you talk to Dean? What did you do to move on?

IN GEE CHUN: I was trying to forget about it when it's done. And then I said I had a bad lob, and then on the 17 I think I had a good lob because my aim was not to the pin, but it was -- I made another birdie chance, so then I got a lucky two, so it was a good balance.

THE MODERATOR: You still have a three-stroke lead going into the final round of a major. How do you prepare for a big Sunday with a lot on the line? What will your mindset be?

IN GEE CHUN: I'm so excited and looking forward to an exciting final round already. Then if it's going to be too easy, then I feel it is boring. So I just want to enjoy another day tomorrow. Then I'm ready to go.

THE MODERATOR: We'll keep it hard for you, absolutely.

Q. If you had been told at the beginning of the week that you were going to enter the final round with a three-shot lead, you likely would have been very happy, but you probably aren't happy with how you got there, given today. How do you put that behind you and focus on the positive?

IN GEE CHUN: I believe I had so many experience from all different plays before start the final round. I always got positive memory from all my experience.

I just want to keep being positive way. No matter where I am, just I'm ready to make another good day or another good round if I can. It's still another process, I believe, so just keep doing it.

Q. What was the club you hit at 16, and was it the same club you then hit that went over the back?

IN GEE CHUN: Yeah, it was 8-iron.

Q. What about, there is only a couple of rounds in the 60s. What do you feel made the course play so difficult?

IN GEE CHUN: I think that's why golf is fun because I had a couple of good shots, but it was too good, so sometimes over the green. Or sometimes I did a 100% effort, and it was a good finish, but sometimes it goes over the green on, like, 15.

Then around the green is really tough here, so I just learn from the third round today. I think it's a good practice before I go to final round.

Q. In Gee, it was a long day for you today on the course. I saw you go into the water cooler to stay hydrated and everything. Was the heat a factor? Did that play into being a little bit slower today at all?

IN GEE CHUN: The weather was really hot, and the sun is really strong out here. Before I start play, I already got all sweat on my body. Even from my arms, the water kept falling down.

It was hard. I try to keep drink water a lot. Yeah, just keep trying to do what I can do. (Laughing).

Q. I saw on the front you had a couple of putts that really looked like they should have gone in, and they didn't. And right after those moments you would smile, and I was wondering if that's something that you do on purpose to try and help you get over something unfortunate that happens on the course.

IN GEE CHUN: To be honest, I thought I made it, but when it missed the hole, then I always think, okay, I missed this putt, but I did everything, but just it missed, whatever.

Then maybe in the future it come when I miss the putt, but still have a chance to make in because sometimes a green helps to go into the hole.

When I got a ball luck, then I always try to believe the good luck is coming to me in the future.

Q. In Gee, you were playing the same group as Lydia today. Obviously, someone else was also had a lot of suggestion in this tour. How much do you know her, and what's it like playing along side her and competing against her?

IN GEE CHUN: I think we're really close. We play the team event before too. Always happy to play with her.

Then it was another happy to play another day -- no. Another, like -- happy to play with Jennifer because she won the Chevron Championship, so I was happy to see her play.

Lydia and I talk about a lot of other subject, not golf. I really enjoy it, yeah.

Q. Do you talk about pimples and kiwis?

IN GEE CHUN: No, but it's secret. (Laughing).

Q. I'm curious, when were you put on the clock, or were you given warnings? I know that that happened somewhere around, like, 13 maybe.

IN GEE CHUN: I feel a little bit of not good to Jennifer and Lydia after I had a tough situation on 16, but it was one of the situations where everyone understands, so I really appreciate it.

Before 16, so just our group was slow, but at the same time the front of us, they got a warning on the time, so it makes it a little bit of difference to catch up then. That happens.

Q. Was it a warning, or were you on the clock?

IN GEE CHUN: We didn't on the clock. In front of us, they got on the clock, but we just got a warning.

Q. Then Sei Young was in here earlier talking about your cooking skills. (Laughing). Can you talk about that community of LPGA players and your decision to move and build a home in Texas or start a home in Texas?

IN GEE CHUN: I think I already talked a lot about my house. Sei Young introduced me to the house before I bought. She sent me the link for the house. Then I went there, and then I really liked the house, so I bought the house, like, three days later.

Then I really enjoy to have good neighbors. I feel I'm really lucky to have good neighbors. In front of my house, Michael, they take care of my mail and boxes. Also, near my house they take care of all the sprinkler things, David and Lila. So I feel I'm so lucky.

Q. What's a fun night at home when you are away from golf? What will you all get together and do?

IN GEE CHUN: Absolutely, I love to cook, so after I made some food, and if people enjoy what I made, then I feel really good and happy. That's what I did when I go home.

Q. What do you like to cook?

IN GEE CHUN: I like to cook different type of rice with all the veggies or meat, but recently I'm trying to find how I better cook for steak with all the different seasonings or oil or, like, different time to make, yeah.

THE MODERATOR: You will have to host us when we come to VOA.

IN GEE CHUN: I never try to make that big amount, but I'm happy if I have a chance.

Thank you.
