Quick Quotes
Q. You're into the final of the Women's Amateur Championship, how does it that feel, first of all?
LOUISE RYDQVIST: I don't know if I have words to describe the feelings right now. It's just so overwhelming, and I'm so extremely happy about what happened out there and that I managed to keep it up the last three holes and finish on 18.
Q. You were behind for a lot of the match but you clung in there, and it must be so satisfying to go to the final after being behind for so long in the match.
LOUISE RYDQVIST: Yes, absolutely. There's no better feeling than actually winning on 18, and there's no better feeling of winning when you've been down the whole day and you've been just fighting it through. As I said, I can't describe the feelings I'm feeling right now.
Q. All of your matches so far have gone 18 holes or more. It's been a long week for you so far. How are you feeling? Are you tired?
LOUISE RYDQVIST: I am. I'm not going to lie. I feel like my feets are hurting a little but otherwise my body is fine, and I'm just going to go home and get some rest and get my brain on the golf course tomorrow again.
Q. Looking forward to tomorrow, obviously a 36-hole final but have you started to think about what it might be like to get your hands on that trophy?
LOUISE RYDQVIST: Not really. It's pretty hard far away. This morning had two matches to go through and maybe tomorrow, it might become a reality.
Q. Will you have lots of friends and family tuning in on the live broadcast from Sweden?
LOUISE RYDQVIST: Yeah, I just called my mom and dad and they were both crying. It's a pretty special moment.
Q. They must be proud of what you've achieved so far?
LOUISE RYDQVIST: Absolutely, this is probably the biggest achievement in my golf career so far, and a win tomorrow would be even bigger so I can't wait to get out there tomorrow.
